Seven stores were never named once in July. Seven again in August. They were not the same seven. Review counts do not decide who AI recommends, and the answer does not hold still.

What holds across both runs
Six stores were named zero times on both dates. They hold about 9,596 Google reviews between them. The largest has 3,555 reviews at 4.6 stars and its name does not appear in any of the 30 answers we recorded. Neither does the word Toyota. Neither does any of the three rooftops one local group operates here.
Meanwhile the store with the most reviews in the whole group, 5,494 of them, was named once each time. Randy Marion Hickory holds 1,197 reviews, roughly a fifth as many, and was named eleven times in August.
What moved in 16 days
Nobody announced anything and nothing changed on the ground that we could see. Steve White Motors went from five mentions to two. Randy Marion went from eight to eleven. Colbert’s Auto Outlet went from invisible to named twice, and Cosmo Motors went the other way, from named once to not named at all.
