  • Business name and location - used to look up your business across public data sources
  • Email address - used to deliver your completed audit report
  • Payment information - processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

  • To send your completed report via email
  • To process your payment through Stripe
  • To improve our service quality based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails or text messages unless you explicitly opt in.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS opt-in box on our audit form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Storefront Audit about your audit and related follow-up offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Third-Party Services

  • AI analysis services - to generate insights, scores, and recommendations for your report.

Data Retention

Completed audit reports and associated data are retained for 90 days after generation. After this period, reports are automatically deleted from our systems. You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
