Review Request Text Messages

What this program is

Storefront Audit operates a review-request text message service on behalf of local businesses (for example, an auto repair shop or other service business). If you are a customer of a participating business and you opt in, you may receive a one-time text message after your visit asking you to leave a Google review. Messages are sent from a Storefront Audit toll-free number on behalf of the business you visited.

How you opt in

Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase, service, account creation, or transaction. The opt-in is presented on its own, separate from checkout, payment, or any other required step. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked, and you receive identical service whether or not you check it. The written notice reads:

“Text me a Google review request after my visit (optional). Sent by [the business] via Storefront Audit. Not required for service. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

You will only receive a text if you affirmatively choose this option. Declining does not affect the service you receive.

The exact opt-in form customers see

This is the opt-in as it is presented to customers. It stands alone: it is not part of a checkout, payment, signup, or any other required action, and the box starts unchecked.

Text me a one-time Google review request after my visit. Sent by the business I visited via Storefront Audit. I understand this is optional, is not required to receive any product or service, and my visit is completed the same way if I leave this box unchecked. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is collected only through this standalone form. The box is never pre-checked.

What you will receive

Typically one message per visit, asking you to leave a Google review for the business you visited.
Message frequency varies by how often you visit the business.

Example message: “Hi Maria, Temecula Auto Repair & Transmission would love your Google review: [link]”

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used only to send the review-request texts you opted in to receive. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
