1. SMS Program Description

Storefront Audit ("we," "us," "our") offers SMS messaging services to business owners who submit an audit on storefrontaudit.com or sign up for our marketing services. Our SMS programs include:

• Audit notifications: One-time messages confirming your audit submission and delivering results.
• Lead alerts: Notifications about new leads, customer inquiries, or review activity related to your business listing.
• Missed-call text-back (CallCatch): When a call to your business line goes unanswered, an automated text is sent to the caller from your number within 30 seconds, inviting them to describe their need via text.
• Appointment and follow-up reminders: Messages related to scheduled consultations or service follow-ups.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number on our website, during a consultation call, or through any of our intake forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Storefront Audit related to the services you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How you opt in:

• Submitting your phone number on the audit form at storefrontaudit.com
• Providing your phone number during a consultation or sales call
• Signing up for CallCatch missed-call text-back service
• Texting a keyword (e.g., START) to our business number

3. Message Frequency & Content

Message frequency varies by program. Audit-related messages are typically 1-5 messages per submission. Lead alert and follow-up messages may be sent up to 4 times per month. CallCatch text-back messages are sent once per missed call.

Messages may include: audit results, business visibility scores, competitor data, appointment confirmations, missed-call responses, and marketing follow-ups related to your requested services. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Phone numbers collected for SMS services are used solely for the purposes described in this document. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your phone number and message history may be shared with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio/Vonage) solely for the purpose of delivering messages. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

6. Message Flow (Call to Action)

Audit submission flow: When you submit your business for a free audit at storefrontaudit.com and provide your phone number, you will receive an SMS confirming your submission. After your audit is processed (typically within 5 minutes), you may receive an SMS with your audit score and a link to your full report. Follow-up messages about your audit findings may be sent over the following 30 days.

CallCatch flow: When you sign up for the CallCatch missed-call text-back service and a call to your business line is not answered, an automated text message is sent to the caller within 30 seconds. This message comes from your business number and invites the caller to describe their needs via text. You receive and manage all replies through your existing phone.

Consultation flow: When you book a consultation through our Calendly scheduling page, you may receive a confirmation text and a reminder before the scheduled call. After the call, you may receive a follow-up text with next steps or resources discussed during the consultation.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
